Our first annual Dyslexic Edge Luncheon was a huge success and inspiring afternoon!
Over 80 people joined together to celebrate our amazing students, volunteers and tutors and our 1st ever Dyslexic Edge Awardee, Mr. John Larson, Executive Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton! We were excited to honor John Larson, Executive Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton. The Dyslexic Edge Award honors an individual who has dyslexia and who has overcome their challenges to excel in their field. As the lead for Booz Allen’s artificial intelligence practice, the single largest AI services portfolio across the U.S. public sector, totaling more than 150 projects, Mr. Larson embodies the spirit of this award and will be sharing his story with us as he accepts the award on behalf of all the individuals who helped him on his journey!
